Shipping and Return information

In order to ensure a great experience for all Fanhome customers, we provide you with our Shipping and Return information.

Estimated shipping dates

Your first shipment will arrive between 12 to 18 business days after placing your subscription.

After successfully processing each package's payment,  your packages will be shipped  on a monthly basis.You will also receive an email when the shipment leaves our premises.

Track your packages

You will find information about the expected shipment date in your Customer Portal, in the Dashboard tab. In addition, as soon as the package is dispatched, you will receive a notification by email.

Shipping costs

The Shipping & Handling costs depend on the collection or the build up model that you want to subscribe to. Generally S&H on your first package is completely free. From the second shipment, the S&H cost is £1.00 per issue.

Payment frequency

If you pay for your subscription by credit card or Paypal, we will debit your credit card or bank account between 4 and 5 days before your package is shipped. There is no fixed date that we will do this but it will be approximately every 28 days, unless notified otherwise. If you are paying by direct debit, please check the delivery note included with your parcel, as this will specify a date on or around when your account will be debited.

International shipments

At the moment, we only deliver subscription packages to United Kingdom addresses from https://www.fanhome.com/uk/ we only deliver subscription packages to United Kingdom addresses. If you are from the US or Germany, please remember to access from these url’s:

Cancellation & returns

If you are not happy with any package, you can return it within 14 working days of receiving it, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact. Also, you can cancel your subscription anytime you want. However, we would advise that you provide us with 28 days notice of cancellation, otherwise your next shipment/s may already be on their way to you and we will be unable to prevent the delivery.
