How does "Pre-order" work?
Pre Order allows us to register your order before the collection officially becomes available. This means we can reserve the product specifically for you! Once the launch date arrives, your payment will be processed, and your order will be shipped. Shipping will begin in November 2024.
How does the subscription work?
This Star Trek Starships die-cast collection is planned for 20 issues. Each month, a brand new, exclusive, never previously released vehicle or starship from the Star Trek universe will be released on our website that will be available for purchase in limited quantities - so act fast!
The 1st issue is at the special price of £37.95 for subscribers. Each regular issue thereafter is £47, and the XL editions are £74 for subscribers and the ships will be delivered directly to your address. Alternatively you can choose to buy each individual vehicle for the retail price of £56, with XL editions priced at £83.
Shipping & Handling on your subscription packages is completely free! If you chose the option to buy each vehicle individually, the S&H is £4 per issue.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify the price of the issues in the event of significant increase in sourcing and production costs, transport costs, postage rates and tax inflation increasing.
Subscribers to the collection will also receive fantastic gifts throughout the subscription.
When will I receive my first package?
You will receive the first package 18 to 28 business days after after your payment has been processed. Each monthly package thereafter will be dispatched once your monthly subscription payment has been processed.
Your subscription gifts will be delivered throughout the duration of your subscription in separate packages, rather than all at once. In the event of any gift being out of stock, or due to any circumstance beyond the control of the publisher, it will be replaced by another of equal or greater value.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel your subscription anytime you want. However, we would advise that you provide us with 28 days notice of cancellation, otherwise your next package/s may already be on their way to you and we will be unable to prevent the delivery. Please contact our customer service team who can help you with this.
