How many stages make up the assembly process?
The model contains a total of 110 assembling stages, each one consisting of parts and a magazine with exclusive content plus an assembly tutorial.
How easy is the assembly process?
The assembly process as well as the content of the magazines have been created by engineers and experts in the Fast and Furious universe, so that both beginners and expert model makers can enjoy the experience.
What tools do I need to assemble the model?
To assemble you need just a screwdriver and it is already included in the 1st stage of the model.
When will I receive my first package?
As a result of both new customs processes and ongoing Covid-19 measures, the delivery timings to the UK have been extended. The first shipment should arrive from 20 to 25 days after placing your order.
What will I receive each month?
After you receive your 1st package, every month you will receive 4 new stages (assembly parts + magazines) to continue building your Dodge Charger R/T. You will also receive fantastic free gifts during your subscription.
What does each stage consist of?
Each stage contains a magazine and next parts for assembling the model.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel your subscription anytime you want, simply contact our customer service team. If you cancel, you will only pay up to the stage that you have received.
How much does each stage cost?
Stage 1 is available at an introductory price of just £0.99 Stage 2-4 is available at the special price of £4.99. From stage 5 the regular price is £9.99 per stage.
What payment methods can I use to subscribe?
At Fanhome you have the option to pay for your subscription using a Credit Card, Debit Card Paypal or Direct Debit.
How can I know in advance what I will receive in my next shipment?
You will be able to view both the content of the packages received and those of your next shipment in your account details.
Can I make a return?
If you are not happy with your first package you can return it within 14 working days of receiving it, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact. If you wish to cancel at any time after the 14 working days following receipt of your first package, you are free to do so at any time. However, we would advise that you provide us with 28 days notice of cancellation, otherwise your next shipment/s may already be on their way to you and we will be unable to prevent the delivery. Please contact our customer service team who can help you with this.
