When will I receive the first package?

You will receive the first package 19 to 26 business days after your payment has been processed. Each monthly package thereafter will be dispatched once your monthly subscription payment has been processed. Your subscription gifts will be delivered throughout the duration of your subscription in separate packages, rather than all at once. In the event of any gift being out of stock, or due to any circumstance beyond the control of the publisher, it will be replaced by another of equal or greater value.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

You can cancel your subscription anytime you want. However, we would advise that you provide us with 28 days notice of cancellation, otherwise your next package/s may already be on their way to you and we will be unable to prevent the delivery. Please contact our customer service team who can help you with this.

What are the available payment methods?

You have the option to pay for your subscription using PayPal, Apple Pay, a Credit Card or a Debit Card. Your first package will be charged by Fanhome within a maximum period of 4 days from the purchase date.

What can I do through my Customer Account?

Your Customer Account is a great way to manage your collection. You will be able to check details of all the packages you've received, as well as any packages that are already on their way to you. In addition, you can track your packages, manage your subscription, report damaged or missing items and update your personal data from your Customer Account. Everything you need - at your fingertips!

I have received a damaged item in my most recent parcel, how do I go about replacing it?

We are sorry to hear that an item(s) was damaged during transit. You can request a replacement by logging into your online customer Account, go to the subscrption page and on your most recent package in the bottom right hand corner there is a link to report a damaged item. Click on that link and follow the onscreen prompts, it's easy and simple to do and we will send a replacement as soon as possible at no additional charge.

In my most recent delivery an item was missing or my parcel seems to be lost in transit, am I entitled to a replacement?

The 1st package contains 2 assembly stages. The 2nd and 3rd packages contain 3 assembly stages. Thereafter each package will contain 6 assembly stages (except for the last package which will contain 2 assembly stages). Shipping and handling on your first package is completely free! From the second package onwards, the cost of S&H is £1.00 per assembly stage.
