How does this subscription work?
The 1967 Eleanor Mustang is complete in 33 packages (130 assembly stages and magazines).
The first package contains 2 assembly stages. Thereafter, you will receive a package each month containing 4 assembly stages and a magazine featuring your build instructions.
Each package is $55.96. The 1st package is now at the special price of $8.00, and the 2nd at $41.97. Don't miss the chance to enjoy this special offer!
Shipping & Handling on your 1st package is completely free! From the second package onwards, the S&H cost is £9.60 per package.
You will also receive fantastic gifts throughout the duration of your subscription.
I was previously subscribed to the Eaglemoss collection. Can I continue my subscription with Fanhome?
The great news is that yes you can! Not only that, you will be able to choose from which issue you resume your collection - allowing you to continue where you left off.
When will I receive my kits?
As a pre-order customer, you will be able to select your starting point within the collection and we will start shipping from April 24th, 2023.
You will then receive one shipment composed of four kits and a magazine every 30 DAYS
Why do I have to sign up again?
Fanhome (part of the DeAgostini family) purchased the stock and license for this collection, so we’ll need you to subscribe to this collection again.
How easy is the assembly process?
The assembly process as well as the content of the magazines have been created by engineers and experts in the Mustang Eleanor universe, so that both beginners and expert model makers can enjoy the experience.
What tools do I need to assemble the model?
To assemble, you only need the screwdriver that is provided in your subscription.
What if I need help building my model?
It is very easy. You can go to our forum to either post your question that experts can answer, or you can consult detailed build diaries of your model. Our forum is also a great place to meet and chat with other modelers.
If you think you still need help, you can always contact our Customer Service team for more information to help build your model.
When will I receive my first package?
You will receive the first package 10 to 12 business days after placing your order. Each monthly package thereafter will be dispatched once your monthly subscription payment has been processed.
Your subscription gifts will be delivered throughout the duration of the subscription in separate packages, rather than all at once.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime you want. However, we would advise that you provide us with 28 days notice of cancellation, otherwise your next package/s may already be on their way to you and we will be unable to prevent the delivery. Please contact our customer service team who can help you with this.
Can I return a package?
If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with the package you have received, you can return it within 14 business days of receipt with any seals and shrink-wrap intact. Please contact our customer service team who can help you with this.
What payment options are available?
You have the option to pay for your subscription using PayPal, a Credit Card or a Debit Card. Your first package will be charged by Fanhome within a maximum period of 4 days from the order purchase date.
What can I do through my Customer Portal?
Your Customer Portal is a great way to manage your collection. You will be able to check details of all the packages you've received, as well as any packages that are already on their way to you. In addition, you can track your packages, manage your subscription and update your personal data from your Customer Portal. Everything you need - at your fingertips!
