How many busts make up the collection?
The Star Wars Bust collection is essentially a journey in 23 shipments, comprising 68 busts, created by industry experts and officially licensed. From the second shipment, you will always receive 3 figures and 3 magazines with great content to enjoy. You can cancel anytime (but we know you will not want to!) Fanhome reserves the right to change the numbers of figurines.
What does each shipment include?
The Star Wars Bust collection is much more than just a collection of busts. In addition to each of your busts, you will receive a magazine packed with exciting content that will go into the backstory of your favorite characters.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel your subscription anytime you want, simply contact our customer service team. If you cancel, you will only pay up to the figure that you have received.
What payment methods can I use to subscribe?
At Fanhome you have the option to pay for your subscription using a Credit card, Paypal, Debit Card or Direct Debit.
When will I receive my first package?
As a result of both new customs processes and ongoing Covid-19 measures, the delivery timings to the UK have been extended. The first shipment should arrive from 20 to 25 days after placing your order.
How can I know in advance what I will receive in my next shipment?
You will be able to view both the content of the packages received and those of your next shipment in your account details.
Can I make a return?
If you are not happy with your first package you can return it within 14 working days of receiving it, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact. If you wish to cancel at any time after the 14 working days following receipt of your first package, you are free to do so at any time. However, we would advise that you provide us with 28 days notice of cancellation, otherwise your next shipment/s may already be on their way to you and we will be unable to prevent delivery. Please contact our customer service team who can help you with this.
