Default Ric Flair quits WWE!

Quote:
Ric Flair quit WWE this week over frustration with his push and a lack of any encouraging communication from the front office.

There are now discussions to try to talk him into cooling off and agreeing to not quit.

His situation doesn't appear to be at all related to the suspensions, although he's now more valuable with some names being gone for a month.

If things don't work out, it's not beyond the realm of possibility that Flair could be offered a sweet and tempting deal to be part of TNA's two hour launch.

WOW!!! Huge news that Flair has left the WWE. This adds to the WWE's recent problems.

This all may not be true but we will see. I think the WWE is still talking with him so thats why they still have him on the SD roster.

Flair was on the radio and said he didn't quit. Pretty much all the sites have reported it, even PWTorch.

I saw the thread hadn't been updated with that information so I thougth I'd just pass that along.

That's the absolute truth. How can you be angry about lack-of-push when the Federation has to focus on talent that is 30 years younger than you are?! For marketing purposes and other such things...

Flair was mad because they promessed him before retiring that he would be given a "Rocky Balboa" type of story, where he would try to have one final run as champion.

Maybe they could have Hogan return too and one last match: a wheelchair match! lol
