Woman Alleges That ECW Original Committed Assault And Battery
PWInsider.com is reporting that a female WWE fan has filed a lawsuit against The Sandman, James Fullington. The woman alleges that Fullington committed assault and battery against her during an August Sci-Fi television taping while making his entrance.

Could this be Sandman's good bye from ECW completely? I know WWE has had a short leash with him, and these accusations alone may be enough to cause him to be let go.

Ovbiously nobody knows if these accusations are true at all; the lady could be just trying to make some money, which I wouldn't doubt.....

What happened was she probably got in Sandman's way when he made his entrance to the ring, and she was pushed away, leading to her battery charge.

Or it could be a fat chick who was so fat Sandman's singapore cane got stuck in her belly while going to the ring.

WWE is motioning for a lawsuit filed against them and The Sandman by Karlene Boutwell for alleged assault and battery during the Sandman’s entrance on an August 2006 broadcast of ECW on Sci Fi to be thrown out. WWE notes that the suit was filed in Tennessee; however Boutwell is a Florida resident, they are a Connecticut based company and The Sandman is a resident of Pennsylvania.

Wow!, how many states are involved. Lol, that's getting confusing. The lawsuit may be bogus, but we will have to see. WWE does bring up a solid point though of filing it in an invalide state I guess....
