This should be very, very interesting. About time WWE mixes up the roster. A draft always gets the fans interest to go up.
So who do you all think will be moving brands? I think you will see the Hardyz uniting for good on a show, but I don't know which one. Maybe Jeff will go to Smackdown because I think Matt and Edge will feud together in the future. Maybe Batista will head back to RAW, and Smackdown will get a guy like Randy Orton in return. Just some guesses, probably bad ones!

Monday night, Raw will play host to the first-ever tri-branded WWE Draft. For the fourth consecutive year and fifth time in six years, WWE Superstars will wait with anticipation as their name could be called to a new brand. EVERYONE is eligible, including announcers, referees and even General Managers, so there’s sure to be at least one shocker in the selection process. In the past, the WWE Draft has created many memorable moments. But of course, like any draft in professional sports, the Draft can create some seriously tense moments for those doing the selection…and those being selected. Who could ever forget Eric Bischoff’s double-take when then-SmackDown General Manager Paul Heyman drafted Triple H away from Raw in 2004, or Heyman’s immediate tantrum when he himself was selected by Raw GM Bischoff later that same night? Article Should be interesting to see what tricks WWE has up their sleave....

Holy crap that was one crazy Raw. The exploding limo ending came completely out of left field. What is going on with Vince?

They wrote the Vince Mcmahon character off TV.
As for the draft, i'm actually surprised to see Benoit to ECW, guess the paychecks will be getting smaller and smaller for him. WTF to do with Torrie Wilson???? I think the Lashley thing was no surprise, if they wanted to elevate him they needed to switch brand. Flair to Smackdown won't do much, maybe a US title program with MVP down the road. |
