WWE Developmental Signings

Mike Johnson is reporting that the WWE has signed former TNA wrestlers Ace Steel and Cassidy Riley to developmental contracts. Steel was a member of TNA in their early days when he was managed by Mortimer Plumtree. As of late, he has mostly been working for Harley Race's WLW, ROH and Pro Wrestling NOAH in Japan. Riley debuted in TNA in 2003 as a member of the Hot Shots tag team along with Chase Stevens. His TNA contract expired in 2006. He was last seen in TNA as Raven's follower.

Ace Steel in my opinion sucks. I was not impressed with his fighting, whats his finisher a pie to the face? Pathetic GARBAGE is what that move is. I doubt he can wrestle too.

Cassidy Reilly, give me a break. This guy is just as bad.

You will hear of both of their releases in JUly.

Thomas Penmanship, who has appeared on WWE TV in the past, has recently signed a WWE developmental contract.

WWE has signed Rycklon Stephens, 28, to a developmental deal. He is from UPW, and will be assigned to Deep South for training.

Not a signing quite yet but...

There is talk of the recently released A1 (formerly of Team Canada) relocating to Louisville, and trying to secure a WWE developmental deal.

I don't think much of A1 as a wrestler but he is a power wrestler and has the WWE physique so those are two things working for him.

Ace Steel (who played the imposter Donald Trump vs. "Rosie") has arrived in Deep South, wrestling under his real name Chris Guy.

WWE has come to terms on the release of DSW talents Jon Bolen and James Rogers. We wish them the best in all their future endeavors.

I couldn't find a profile on James Rogers but apparently he was an actor before he became a wrestler.

The Scottish Sun newspaper featured an article stating that Scottish wrestler Drew Galloway had signed a WWE Developmental deal. Galloway's six foot six and has the standard WWE look, he had a tryout with them a few years ago although according to the article turned them down so as to graduate university first.

ANother all looks diva

It look’s like that British model, Louise Glover has signed some type of WWE deal as she posted the following on her MySpace page:

It's true, I will be doing the TV show WWE Wrestling, Smack Down and RAW. I will be Wrestling with sexy strong women and acting in a ring with the big guys in front of a live audience for TV. WWE Wrestling association is internationally known, so I'm hoping you can all view the show from your homes. The biggest superstar Internationally recognized is MR. Hulk Hogen who I recently met up with in Miami, who gave me some great fitness training and nutrition tips.

I'm going to be in Hawaii in July modeling my calendar and new bikini swim-wear label, it's all very exciting as you can imagine, this is something i've waited a lifetime for...

In the mean time I'm now back in the London Until the end of July.
