If you are Vince and you can push anyone, who would it be and why?

Lets say your Vince McMahon and you can push one wrestler to win a title or just get over to set up a title reign, who would it be? Also make sure this person doesnt have a title right now and also make sure he isnt being pushed already.

If i were Vince id push Elijah Burke (he is getting a little push now but its ECW so its not that big). Elijah Burke is a good wrestler and as many of you have noticed ,if you have watch ECW, he has great athleticism. He can put on a good match and he also has the mic skills to back it up. Sure he could improve those mic skills just a bit. Burke deserves to go to RAW or SD and win a title. Intercontinental title or United States title would be perfect for Burke. Benjamin is much like Burke almost except Burke hasnt been pushed yet for a title and has won.
