The USA enters needing a win to get some momentum. So far they've only two goals in qualifying, both by Freddy Adu. Tied Cuba and beat Panama.

Just announced that both teams will qualify, which means that the Cuba v Panama match was either a loss or tie by Cuba.

Honduras leads the group. Top two advance. In the next round the top two go to the Olympics. Raymond James Stadium in Tampa is hosting.

US playing a little casual now. Missing a few attacks that could have challenged.

In the other bracket, there is a chance that NEITHER Canada and Mexico qualify, as Guatemala is already in. Haiti has four points and Mexico one and they play tomorrow. Canada also with one, they play Guatemala tomorrow as well.

At 30 minutes in I'm seeing a Honduras team that only tries to attack via the long counter. The USA seems to be doign well at playing a complete game.

Second half has started. FSC had the results from Panama v Cuba 4-1. Cuba lost at least 7 players to defections. that didn't help them in this tourney.

That should have resulted in a goal instead it was a waste of time and effort.
