NFL Draft Thread

The Washington Redskins picked S LaRon Landry with their first selection. Combined with Sean Taylor, the team has oen of the best, if not the best, safety-tandems in the league. Thoughts? Complaints? I thought a defensive lineman would be a better pick, but its hard to complain about Landry.

Of couse I love the Laron Landry pick, but Dallas Sartz and H.B. Blades isn't a bad choice either IMO. Not a Lance Briggs as the original trade was suppose to be, but these two guys will add to the depth. I think HB Blades could be a sleeper pick as he can read the QB very well, he'll need a few years to fully develop, but I think he could be really good in the long run...
