Default Ohka wants to return to the Nats

Link

Ohka wants to come back and we desperately need starting pitchers even if they are coming off of a shoulder injury.

I wouldn't mind him coming back.

He's a decent enough pitcher, but I was at the game where he turned his back on Frank. You don't do that to the manager.

As long as they don't bring back Sunny Kim.

Frank's gone and Ohka would be our "ace" as soon as he walked into the clubhouse, we're that desperate for starting pitchers.

It would be a good move for you guys. By the way I don't remember reading about any attitude problems with him during his stay in Milwaukee so maybe he matured a little since then.

Interesting, I know he likely where going elsewhere but back to the Nationals is really an interesting thought.

Looks like the Nats made Ohka an offer but it was not high enough.

Given the team's negotiating strategy this winter, that means that all further talks are off.

Bowden probably made a lowball offer to see if Ohka was desperate. Apparently he isn't.
