Good move on his part to make the move voluntarily. The big question mark is Guzman - was '05 an aberration for him or not? |

Guzie's career numbers (and hsi September resurgence) indicate that '05 was an aberration. He's a .266 career hitter. I think he was having trouble adjusting to the new league and to the change from the artificial turf of Minnesota to the grass of DC. It really plays differently.

That was my main question mark...who is going to play 2nd. Lopez with
his quickness and decent arm could make a fairly formidable DP combo. Lopez is not the best SS defensively..hence his trade from the Reds, but he of course does not have to have great range at 2B.
