BaseballAmerica.com: Draft: Pirates Put Alvarez On Restricted List

Pedro Alvarez, the Pirates #1 pick and Scott Boras client, apparently interceded on his own behalf and agreed with the Pirates on a $6M signing bonus. Now, Boras won't produce Alvarez and is trying to get MLB void the contract.
