I am excited for this as it shows Bosh' emergence as a leader and a top player

This is where Sam Mitchell's poor coaching starts to seep through.
Bosh put up these kind of numbers with Hoffa on the floor. But Hoffa rarely played. His numbers went to crap when someone like Bonner came on, because he moved to center, and had to guard two players more or less(given Bonner's defensive abilities).

Sam is not the worst coach, he has long way to go to become a top coach in the NBA but imo he is ok.

I'm not saying he is the worst coach; just that his mismanagement of his assets last year hurt Chris Bosh. This year, he is doing a better job. That's all you can ask of an inexperienced coach, that he learn from his mistakes.
