J.S. Aubin joins Lewis in joining L.A. Kings

Aubin did a great job at the end of the season before last, when Belfour ran out of gas, but otherwise, didn't get much chance to do anything else. The little bit he did play last season didn't showcase him any. 3-5-2; a GAA of 3.34 and a SP of .876.

Glad he's getting a change of scenery, as it may help him some, but he doesn't have a prayer of taking over starting position if he continues playing like that. Nor will he have a prayer of being the starter while Crawford is head coach, IMO.

As for Lewis, he needs to remove that Hitler moustache. I do think Lewis makes a better assistant coach than a head coach, so in that respect, this was a good move for him. But Crawford is no Bowman, that's for sure...

Now they have Labarbera, Cloutier and Aubin. Thats not naming all the other prospects. none of those goalies have proved themselves yet.

Cloutier has now been waived. I guess that shouldn't be a surprise, other than the fact that this may be the first time seeing Crawford coaching a team that does not have him on it...
