He has a load of pressure on him for a rookie GM. i believe the mistakes he has made are chalked up to inexpierence now. he could be a very good GM (going forward). he needs to build the team grittier. it was a steal when he signed brent aubin. i will be watching closely at the draft. the organization needs to scoop natural goal scores now i think. the rest can be developed.

i would give him a couple more seasons before drawing a opinion.
