Been playing pretty well for us thus far. A decent move, in that we don't give away a ton of prospects for a skilled rental player that leaves in the summer. You look at the prices paid for top players at the deadline. The Leafs are better off holding on to their youth for now, IMO.

Yanic is a solid pickup for the Leafs, and will certainly improve their chances game in and game out. His faceoff specialty will pay off and Leafs just need their goaltending to settle in, and they will be very dangerous in these remaining weeks of the regular season
