GAME 1: Blue Jays 4, Red Sox 1
Roy Halladay looked very strong. Apparently the sore forearm Will Carroll claims he has is in the same place as that signed contract allowing Pete Rose back into baseball in 2004. Aaron Hill, of all people, hits the first competitive homer of the year. Toronto used 26 players in this game. GAME 2: Blue Jays 9 Red Sox 6 Six runs in the third inning pretty much smokes Runelvys Hernandez (great name.) Kevin Barker's homer would make you thrilled about his prospects if he just wasn't so darned old. Gus wasn't good. Ryan Patterson also homered. He must be good because three different team have drafted him. Hey, I'm an optimist. |
