Do you guys think we should have any interest in this guy. I remember a few years ago we were really after him and his OBP was very tempting.

We have Stairs as the fourth outfielder so there isn't a huge need for him, but perhaps if Vernon is dealt he could fill in in right field.

Texas is signing Lofton and Rotoworld is speculating that WIlkerson will be nontendered.

I wouldnt want to give him anymore than a 500K deal, which he wouldnt sign.

He's been absolutely terrible the last few years, hasn't he?

Its wierd because his career got off to such a good start. He pulled a Hinkse!

He'd make a fine 4th outfileder for cheap, and would be a reasonable short-term option if Wells is traded and Lind isn't ready. I doubt he'd sign for that cheap, though, and would likely be looking for a starting job somewhere. I wouldn't rule him out entirely depending on how things fall, though. He's probably still better than he played last year, so his value's at a low point and a team could potentially get a bargain.
