If JP was offered all of these deals, which would you prefer him to make?

I voted roll with it, for now seeing there's still time for the Jays to sign a FA hurler, if I'd have to do it later? Yeah the Santana and Wood looks good. I also would'nt mind if we were to get Harden, lol.

i took santana and wood...however harden would be good too

But if we could guarantee a signing of a guy like Mulder I'd be OK with that and not trade Wells

I am going to my first Leafs game at the ACC on the 26th, so they better pull out before then. I live in Calgary so its quite the event for me.

I cannot see my Mets having any interest in Vernon Wells considering their outfield is full with Moises Alou, Carlos Beltran, and Shawn Green. The Mets want Rich Harden, not Wells. Lastings Milledge seems more then available though.

The Mets have absolutely no room for Wells but Mineya seems to want him.
We'd probably get the best package from the Mets if there serious.

JP should say this to Mineya; "I don't trade Vernon Wells for any less than this, you have Five minutes to make up your mind or he's going to Texas."

Vernon Wells

for

CF Lastings Miledge
RHP Micheal Pelfrey
Lhp Oliver Perez

I wouldnt mind that.

But I still hold out hope that we can resign Wells for a non-crippling price ($15 mill?) and still get another solid arm.

I cannot see Omar Minaya giving that up for Vernon Wells, this just seems like wishful thinking. The Mets outfield is full, with three starters and two backups.
