Boards been kinda slow the past few days, figured I'd try to jump start it...
How long have you been watching the Jays and who are your all-time favorites? I've been watching the Jays since 1988, so I was lucky enough to be a kid in the glory years. My all time favorite Jays are Dave Steib, Roberto Alomar (as a Jay...I try to block out post-Jay memories), Pat Hentgen, Carlos Delgado and Roy Halladay. My current favorite Jays are Doc, Overbay, Rios and Wells. |

How could I forget Devo? I was 12 and 13 when we were winning World Series, and I was a CF because of him. I modelled myself after him from the way I tracked down balls, to the way I caught flies with my glove at my waist.

Since expansion.
My favourite players are any players that most message boarders are too young to remember, because I can say, "this oldtimer was better than (insert name of recent star)" and when you counter with stats, I can say, "but did you see both of them play in their prime?" I love those players. |

I'd have to say Jimmy Key was my absolute fav, being a southpaw pitcher and all, yet I still loved Stieb,Barfield,Moseby,Alomar,Hentgen,Joltin Joe and Delgado, er Doc lol. Damn there's so many?!?! Right now I'd have to say Position inf-Glaus, OF-Wells, BP-T2-B.J. Ryan and obviously SP's Doc and I do love A.J's stuff it's freakin sick man. Oh sry, to answer the original question I've been a Jay and Pirate fan since 79 at the tender age of 6,lol. Yes, I'm a diehard fan!!!

Fan since the Jays set foot in Canada. I've had a lot of favorite over the years, but I'll narrow it down to a few. Tony Fernandez leads the way, then in no particular order, Stieb, Henke,Whitt, Borders, Molitor and Charlie O'Brien.

Jimmy Key is my all-time favorite Blue Jay. I, as TheShaker99, was a left-handed pitcher and I modeled my game after his style. I kept his 1990's Donruss card in my hat for good luck, lol.
I'd have to say I became a fan in 1984 (4 years old) after the Jays finished in second to the Tigers. |
