Rangers give GM Daniels one-year extension

Kind of suprised he got an extension. I know the Rangers aren't playing the best now, but I felt he made some bad moves. He does bring in veteran players which is good, but he has made some bad choices.

It will be interesting to see who the Rangers will deal at the deadline....

fake extension. Unless he puts together at least one fantastic deal for Tex/Gagne/Otsuka/Sosa, he'll be gone after this season.
