Kenny Lofton to Texas?

The Rangers are close to signing free agent Kenny Lofton, according to FOXSports.com's Ken Rosenthal.

It seems Texas outbid the Cubs. With Lofton in the fold, the chances of Brad Wilkerson getting non-tendered would seem to be higher.
