Titans Sign Harper
Not knowing if Pac will stay a Titan or not makes this a very good signing. Of course it's a good signing either way.

This is an outstanding signing with or without Pac on the field. Harper is great at run support defense, and he'll add a level of legitamicy to this defense's backfield

This is a good signing. Harper is an underrated corner that gives his all in every type of situation.
