.500 possible?

7 games under .500... The Rays are usually wallowing further below .500 at this point and the possibility of breaking even just before or after the All-Star break seem like pipe dreams.

Yet, looking at the team this year -- it seems like it's quite possible -- though improbable if only because of what franchise we are talking about.

Can the Rays make it to .500? Is it possible to actually have a Rays team that finishes with more than 70 wins for the season?

Spoke too soon. We single handedly saved Gullien's job in Chicago. Back to the cellar...
