Scott Kazmir calls out Rays management

Well, I guess fans will boo him next time he takes the mound in Tampa Bay. Why do I say that? Because they've vilified other Rays and former Rays for doing just this. Aubrey Huff, Toby Hall... Call a spade a spade and you've not only bought a one way ticket out of town but you've turned the fans against you....

....due to utter stupidity of the fans in attendance not standing up against management -- be it Sternberg or former managing general partner Vince Naimoli -- and their lack of spending.

Kazmir said -- and I am paraphrasing -- he's tired of the Rays being the laughing stock of MLB. He wants the Rays to go after veterans (and no, Friedman, Norton and Josh Paul aren't the kind of veterans he is talking about) to help give the younger players a sense of direction towards winning.
