Ranger's down. Depending on the extent of the injury -- they may have to call up Egener or Smaby. I go right to the call ups because I just thought of how ironic it would be if Egener made his NHL debut in Calgary after his career with the Hitmen...

You forgot that Kuba is scratched tonight. This obviously will put him back in the lineup. Just another plus of the O'Brien deal.

Couple nice goals by the Vinnies but they took the foot off the gas in this period it seems. So far Denis is holding up but they can't take that for granted..

BS instigator call costs Denis what would have been a well earned shutout, but at least Lecavalier got to net #45 as a result. Solid road win for the 2nd of a back to back.
