It came to mind after the Lightning secured the #1 pick in the draft lottery -- was this planned when they traded Brad Richards? Bradmaster has been the #2 center -- who has played and is paid like a franchise player -- and they secured depth... And have now secured the opportunity to draft a guy who is termed as a future franchise player (and who will be a #2 center if he lives up to that hype).
