Default Bucs sign some undrafted FA...

Quote:
The Buccaneers announced part of the roster that will take the field this weekend for a three-day rookie mini-camp at One Buccaneer Place.

Tampa Bay has signed several undrafted free agents, including North Dakota State defensive tackle Justin Frick, Syracuse linebacker Jerry Mackey,Grand Valley State fullback Mike McFadden, Arkansas linebacker Sam Olajubutu, tackle Jed Prisby, kicker Garrett Rivas, cornerback Kenny Scott and fullback Byron Stoner.

In addition to those roster moves, the Bucs released defensive tackle Jon Bradley.

Although Tampa Bay won’t announce the players it has signed to try-out contracts over the past few days until Friday morning, Pewter Report has learned the names of several players the Bucs have signed to try-out contracts, including quarterbacks Zac Taylor (Nebraska) and Pat Julmiste (USF), tight end Matt Herian (Nebraska) and defensive tackle Casey Camero (Duke).

Tampa Bay will conduct its three-day rookie mini-camp on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at One Buccaneer Place.

Kenny Scott & Sam Olajubutu could be good if theh would add some more weight...Matt Herian could be nice if he could learn to block a bit better. Don't know if I'd waste any time with Zac Taylor though, from the Nebraska games I've seen who looks small and shows little mobility...

They also brought in a few interesting undrafted players and FA's --

The worlds fastest man, for instance, and the kid who QB'ed Nebraska under Bill Callahan (in the same system the Bucs use).
