TB insight: Garza was part of the Delmon Young trade this offseason and while there was some resentment from the fanbase over this trade (Young has all the tools of a superstar but an attitude that is not a welcome addition to a ballclub) Garza has proved himself to be an integral addition to the Rays staff.

Thank you for the info, John!
Good pre-game interview with Chris Perez. The regular gun showed 98 MPH. FSN gun showed 100 MPH. Perez said, it may have read 100 MPH off the bat. We have to have some runs. Can we hit Garza? Preview Rays-Cardinals Preview - MLB - Yahoo! Sports Last edited by Coop; 05-17-2008 at 12:51 PM. |

Duncan popped out to shortstop - T. Glaus singled to center, A. Miles and S. Schumaker scored - R. Ludwick popped out to shortstop 2 runs, 3 hits, 0 errors Tampa Bay 1, St. Louis 2 Duncan can crush a baseball. I like Reyes, Thompson, and Duncan. I wish we could obtain something for them from the AL. I would like for them to succeed over there. It doesn't work with Tony, and Chris's poor outfielding.
