Another good game from Kyle Lohse. Picking him up is really going to save this team's bacon, I think, until the walking wounded return.
Schumaker continues to get on base and how. Shannon and Rooney were most impressed with an Izturis-Kennedy-Pujols DP today. Said it was the best one turned all spring, so it sounds like Cesar finally has his rear in gear and has his defensive 'feel' back. Big thanks go to Mr. Oquendo, I'm guessing! |

The team is playing well, here at the end of spring training.
I hope it continues right into the regular schedule! Noticed that INFs Solano and Folli have gotten into the last two games. Solano at one time was considered a very good ss prospect. Don't know anything about Folli, tho. |
