Now this scares me....

Oh boy. See what happens when the free agent market becomes extremely overpriced?
I would think Thompson, Johnson, Hancock and Wainwright (can't wait to see what he does in the starting role. I think he'll have a great season as a starter) would be all in front of any Looper option. What's next? Izzy as a starter (he came to the big leagues as a can't miss starting pitching prospect for the Mets)? |

According to the article Duncan talked to Looper about it just after the World Series was over. And LaRussa talked to him a couple of weeks ago.
I wish it were a joke, but I'm not laughing! Then again, it came from ESPN so who knows??? |
