Default Shard injuried & out

Atleast weeks 8 weeks with torn tendon

Quote:
Rashard Lewis is expected to miss at least two months because of a torn tendon in his shooting hand.

Lewis is to have surgery on his right hand Friday, the team said. An MRI on Thursday revealed an injury to the tendon sheath on the back of his hand. This is obviously terrible news for the Sonics and Lewis owners, and Damien Wilkins should be picked up in all leagues. Earl Watson and Mickael Gelabale will also see more action in the absence of Lewis, but it appears that Wilkins will be a full-time starter over the next few months.

Depends on the team :

If its a team that needs help now, then i would assume it kills it. But if there is a team out there looking for the 1 missing piece and can afford to sit on him and give him time to fully recover I dont see it hindering it too much.
