Sexson hired personal trainer

According to an article by Kerby Arnold in the Herald Net, Sexson hired a personal trainer for the first time in his career and started hitting in a cage 2 weeks after the season ended.

He was very disappointed in his performance and wants to start the 2007 season like he ended 2006. Sexson was awful the first half of the season. Although he perform quite well after the all-star break.

Yikes what a difference that would make if he could perform well all year. Well thats a step in the right direct. Dang, maybe we will win some games this season!

Well it can't hurt (knock on wood), plus Richie's getting to that age where he needs to be more disciplined in the offseason. If he can start off hot it will be huge.

I wonder how good it really is for his wife if he's on the road looking all svelt and lean and like a 6-foot-7 drink of water... or if he hits 50 bombs.

I'd like to believe that Sexson is a good family man and a loving husband who isn't banging everything he meets on the road.

I've heard stories, but since Bret Boone left, most of the stories have been about the unmarried rookies and such.

But then again, the team hasn't won since they had a bunch of low-life cheaters who hopped in the sack with anything that moved, so, maybe we need a few more of them.
