Every year I think of going but I always wonder if it's worth the trip from Canada.

It would be nice to meet some posters face to face at Safeco one of these days.

I don't know how many games I'll catch. We are in debt paydown mode right now. I've gotten to the point where I'm begging my old co-workers for tickets and hoping that customers invite me to accompany or just give me their unused.

Those Q/A's at Fanfest are practically useless. They always find a way to get around a question. They'd be more useful if they would actually let the fans respond to their answers.

thats about the only way to get me to safeco the last couple years, i've met 14 or 15 posters from espn/scout since 2000

I needed a vaction, and then work changed substantially. I'm over 50 hour weeks, plus two hours a day of commuting time. A few weeks ago I launched my own blog about Seattle Sounders FC and Life in Puget Sound. I won't be by these parts often as my focus has changed. Sorry about the unannounced retirement.
