Only Guillen is ranked by Elias (type B), so the decision on him is key.
The Official Site of Seattle Mariners: News: Seattle Mariners News Later today though we will find out if the following players have a possibility of being on the '08 squad - Guillen, Weaver, Rhodes, Reitsma. I'm hoping they offer Guillen Arbie, as he seems to have some interest and a one year deal for him wouldn't be horrid. The rest can go away. Non-FA that will face tender deadline later are Broussard and HoRam. We will be technically stuck with HoRam for a while longer.

Poor move there.
Someone would have signed him, he's got interest from at least a half dozen club. Getting even Type B compensation would have helped this club long term. There are two on the list of offers that I might consider, but both are type B, Loretta (who they list as a SS, but has started twice as many games at 2nd) and possibly Mike Cameron, but as a Platoon OF/4thOF
