Default Sharks finally beat Detroit on the road

6 years since their last win at the Joe. Unbelievable. And only their third win there in 15 years (not counting the playoffs, of course).

The lines were getting switched up through the night, as Wilson tried to find something to generate a spark. At the end, it looked like Marleau-Thornton-Cheechoo and Michalek-Pavelski-Bernier. 3rd and 4th lines stayed mostly the same all night. Gorges was pretty much benched for the 3rd. I'm wondering if RW is finally running out of patience with him. Cheechoo had a couple good chances, including a wide open net that he missed, but he looked really tentative out there. I'll chalk it up to the long lay-off.

Couldn't watch it here in So Cal, but I heard. Terrific win to have!
