SERIES NOTES…Giants are 45-34 (.570) vs. Brewers since Milwaukee joined National League in 1998.

THE GIANTS…opened season with 3-game series in Los Angeles this past Monday-Wednesday (1-2), winning finale 2-1 after dropping 1st 2 contests, 5-0 and 3-2, respectively.

ON THE HILL…Giants pitchers yielded just 9 runs in season-opening series in LA, including just 4 tallies in final 2 contests.

WITH THE BAT…SF hitters were held to .232 batting mark (22-for-95) with only 4 runs scored in opening set in LA, including just 4-for-23 (.174) showing with runners in scoring position.

WITH THE LEATHER…Giants fielders committed only 1 error in series at LA, while recording 4 double plays in 3 contests.
