Right now the guess is either Boston or Dallas. The 6ers want Devin Harris from Dallas but Mavs brass have stated they they won't party with Devin. Boston has their eye on the Answer since last summer and Boston has their fair crop of youngsters ( PF Al Jeferson, C Kendrick Perkins, G Delonte West, G Sebastian Telfair, and G Rajon Rondo). It's only a matter of time now.

Ok, after considerable thought, I think there maybe a decent 3 way out there. Ulitmately, I think a team desperate enough for AI is infact the Wolves. With this idea though, it can't be made until Jan 2, which still is within reason.
To Minnesota -Allen Iverson To Charlotte -Ricky Davis -2008 Minnesota 2nd round pick -2009 Philly 2nd round pick To Philly -Mike James -Randy Foye -Melvin Ely -Future 1st round pick (top 7 protected) via Charlotte Why? -Philly gets a veteran combo guard in return in James who is on a decent contract with the ability to get 16-18 pts a night which will allow Iggy and Webber more shot but James is a solid 3rd option. Foye is the true prospect Philly covets, as getting him is ultimately the deal breaker. As well, Ely gives them a strong PF off the bench on an expiring contract. If they can get a 1st round pick out of the deal as well, in the is case, from Charlotte, I think this combination of a suitable immediate replecement, a prospect, a short term PF and a 1st round pick is the best package the Sixers can hope for. -Charlotte needs more perimeter scoring and Ricky Davis I think would be a great fit for the Bobcats. He is on a reasonable contract and I think can help improve the Bobcats. At this point, after their 2007 pick, the Bobcats will have a solid foundation to build on. Charlotte is receiving a future 1st rounder from Toronto (Lamond Murray trade) so they can afford to give up a 1st rounder to Philly with reasonable protection. -Minnesota gets Iverson and clears up its backcourt. Bottom line is they get Iverson without giving up too much, mainly another 1st round pick (which they can't give up until 2011). With lack of prospects and Garnett potentially opting out this summer, Minny has to do something to make a move in the West. James/Ollie/Williams* Iguodala/Foye/Green Korver/Carney Webber/Ely*/Henderon*/Randolph Dalembert/Hunter Felton/Knight Davis/D.Anderson*/Carroll*/A.Anderson* Morrison/Wallace/B.Anderson Okafor/May/Harrington Brezec/Voskul Jaric/Hudson Iverson/Wright*/McCants Hassell/Griffin Garnett/Reed/Smith* Blount/Madsen |

If I were Seattle I might do Rashaard, Fortson, Ridnour for Iverson. I would not do Rashaard and Wilcox. Both work with the CBA, but the second deal hurts the depleted Seattle frontline too much.
Iverson Allen Wilkens Wilcox Collison

He can opt out of his contract at the end of the year. Rashaard is expected to do so. Considering this club has traded a hall of famer, Lewis isn't that big a deal.
