The Pittsburgh Penguins announced on Monday that the team has signed forward Adam Hall to a one-year, two-way contract. He joined the Penguins prior to the start of training camp on a professional try-out agreement and appeared in all six preseason games for the club.
Hall split the 2006-07 season between the Minnesota Wild and New York Rangers registering 17 points (six goals, 11 assists) in 72 total games. He also played parts of four seasons with the Nashville Predators scoring 85 points (43 goals, 42 assists) in 234 combined games. Prior to making his NHL debut during the 2001-02 season, Hall completed a four-year collegiate career at Michigan State University. He scored 126 points (79 goals, 47 assists) and recorded 190 penalty minutes in 159 games. Hall was originally selected by Nashville in the second round (52nd overall) in 1999 Entry Draft. ![]()
