Yotes get Vrbata for K. Adams

The Blackhawks have traded Radim Vrbata to the Coyotes for Kevyn Adams. If Vrbata can stay healthy, he can be quite an asset to the Yotes.

The Chicago Blackhawks have acquired center Kevyn Adams from the Phoenix Coyotes in exchange for forward Radim Vrbata.

''In Kevyn Adams we're getting a veteran player who is extremely versatile, is a good skater and is a very good face-off man,'' said Blackhawks general manager Dale Tallon. ''Kevyn has won a Stanley Cup and is a proven leader.''
