Ya, it seems like its always "next year will be LeNeveu's year"...
Granted, he's only 23 (drafted in 2002). Maybe if CuJo retires at the end of the season, he & Tellqvist will be Phoenix's 1A and 1B goalies next year?? |

The thing is...the Phoenix Coyotes drafts have been rather odd. In some ways you can look at them and say...whoa! Look at 'em...they're deep. Mueller, Wheeler, Gelech...perhaps Yandle. Then...you take another look and realize they have no goalies. Or their defensive prospects have pretty much crapped out. Tellqvist should get more chances; and I think they'll give him a bunch of starts to see what he can do. CuJo's done a pretty admirable job when you think about the lack of support he's gotten from his defense. There are a lot of offensively gifted blueliners on the Coyotes, but not many good stay at home types. Derek Morris is about as overrated as a player can get and if they could get a real workhorse stay at home guy that would help this team immensely. Also...this team has a lot of underperforming forwards. Right now; their most consistantly effective guy as a forward is free agent Yannic Perreault. Roenick, Nolan...they've all been a big collective bag of hot air with LITTLE to show for it. GO WILD!!!
