FOX Sports - MLB - Power Rankings

How can the Phillies be at 14? Jeez, I scrolled down to around 25th before I realized that they were higher up. 14 is being generous.

Obvious he put a lot of effort into his statistical research before writing this. Starters have four quality starts in 2007 and their ERA is 5.14. #14 is a little high for a 1-6 team, even with their history of slow starts.

I wonder if that guy has mistaken for a quality bullpen outing. They have 1 quality bullpen outing which was Thursday against the Braves. The Phillies have had the lead in 5 of the 6 losses they have.

The bullpen last night was solid, with Alfonseca and Gordon pitching scoreless innings.
