Phillies acquire RHP Francisco Rosario from Toronto

for future considerations. I heard this during the 1st inning during the game. Apparently he hits 96 on the gun. Good risk.

I think Bauer is a better short term pitcher. He had a career year with Texas last year. 3.55 Era in 58 games. I am really surprised nobody picked him up unless he looked dead awful in spring training. Long term, I think with the right coach, Rosario can be a great setup man if not a closer. I think the bullpen will look very solid in 2 years with Biensius and Rosario.
