Default If?

If Zito doesn't fiind the market he thinks he deserves, would you sign him for a one year contract? I would.... I am not too sold on Eaton or Moyer, and I would love to rent Zito for a year to see how he would adapt to the ballpark.....

Rotation
1) Zito
2) Myers
3) Hamels
4) Garcia
5) Moyer

and put Eaton in the penn....

I would, but I don't know if Zito would feel the same way. This is his year to cash in big. If he plays in CBP for a year and struggles, it could hurt his value for the next offseason. 1-5 though, that would be one of the top rotations in the NL.

Yeah I would do that too, but I don't think Zito will settle for a 1 year deal, and if for some reason he does, he'd want to pitch in a pitcher friendly ball park like The Dodgers.

There is no way Zito wants to play in Philadelphia. I think he has already said that. He's not worth the huge bucks IMO. I would rather start a young guy and let him develop.

lol there is no way zito would sign a 1 year contract to play here. that would be career suicide for an average overrated pitcher

Zito is probably one of the top ten pitchers in baseball, it's funny how people think he's overrated. I would welcome Zito if he had to sign a one year contract. It was just hypothetical though.
