On the Injury front

Richards will undergo sugery this week to repair a torn abdominal muscle. He will be out for at least a month.

Geoff Sanderson who was thought to be in the same boat, only has a pulled muscle, and is day to day.

Pitkanen and Kapanen are day to day with injuries, and Forsberg is still unable to skate properly with his ankle situation.

Different year, same story. Why can't we go one year without being decimated by injuries?
