riders just need a change in direction with regards to coaching, too much 'i love u guys' attitude out there. need a guy who will get in someone's face rather than make them think about thier mistake on thier own.
i'm kind of hoping the riders hire your offensive co-ordinator as our HC next year.

Man I hope Coach Ritchie doesn't leave. In my opinion he is as valuable as Buono. Everywhere he goes, the players love him. He brings more valuable players to a team than any other coach I know. They love the guy and are very loyal to him.

My mistake, I saw defensive coordinator when you clearly wrote offensive coordinator. Chapdelaine would be a gamble as a rookie head coach. Ritchie never had the tools in Winnipeg. Rider players would rally around Ritchie. As I said, players seem to love him and go to the wall for him.
